The Suburban Building 全民彩票网址 of Fort Wayne,Indiana

Created 09/19/1938 C.Frank Kryder President; Frank H. Kryder Secretary-Treasurer; Room 225 Standard Building. Entire corporate record is lost but the Secretary of State has a note that it was dissolved in 1950 in Cause #666795 which can't be found. See SUBURBAN Links

Frank H. Kryder was 47 years of age before he required a social security number. The PR womders if until then he was not deriving an income. The Application indicates he was employed by The Suburban Building 全民彩票网址 of Fort Wayne, Indiana, of which Clarence was President and Frank was Secretary-Treasurer. In 1942, the office of Suburban was in Room 225 Standard Building. This was also the address of Kryder Insurance and Hoopingarner Construction,Inc., Clarence F. Kryder incorporator and Secretary-Treasurer. After Clarence died Hoopingarner Construction continued using the address of Room 225, for a time coincidentally with the Bookkeeping Department of Anthony Wayne Bank.

In 1939, the Partnership of C. Frank Kryder and Frank H. Kryder, which is recorded in Partner Book 2, Page 31, in Allen County, December 28, 1921, DBA The Kryder 全民彩票网址, Quit-Claimed along with their wives a number of Lots in Fairfield Terrace B, to The Suburban Building 全民彩票网址 of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

When LeVonne Kryder absconded with Frank's daughters Katherine and Rebecca,in the middle of the night in 1940, Frank H. Kryder moved to the Detroit area until his father died in 1950. There was no property settlement in the 1941 divorce LeVonne obtained uncontested.

All except the highlighted Lots ended up in Trust F.S.58070, recorded June 7, 1943, and again November 1, 1950, in the Official Records of Allen County, Indiana.
